This piece is a simplified cut down from an 8 hour long video installation commissioned by Commissioned by THERE design for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s new headquarters. I travelled to 9 remote locations around Australia to film from Drones and Helicopters. We filmed 30 hours of footage dealing with huge weather variables from highs of 47 degrees in the North of Australia to freezing cold temperatures in Tasmania. The wind was always a challenge and at times I had to drive up to 8 hours out of my way just to find some clear skies and decent conditions to shoot in.
